Bye, Bye, Blue

After drawing some inspiration from those super nice Aston Martin DBS PR images, I was convinced that the original blue color of the 370Z was too strong. I did have some initial thoughts about it, but finally got around to taking it into the digital paint booth. Given the overall tone of the image, I’m thinking this flows much better. Thoughts? There’s a link above to a previous version of the image on my Flickr page for comparison.

I think your right but now the blues in the clouds bug me.

I think you are right about the blue being a little overwhelming. But for my other 2c…That is one of the most beautiful colors on an automobile to date. Great image.
